These matters often involve layered corporate structures, parallel proceedings, and significant financial or reputational exposure, requiring a strategy that is both legally precise and commercially grounded.

A substantial part of my work involves advising on government and quasi-government projects in the UAE. I assist clients in structuring and negotiating major project contracts, navigating procurement and compliance requirements, and managing legal risk when dealing with government entities and government-owned companies. In these matters, precision, foresight, and enforceability are non-negotiable.

On the transactional side, I advise on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, investment and exit structures, and complex commercial contracts, particularly in sectors such as construction, energy, commodities, and precious metals. I am often brought in when transactions become strained or disputed, to stabilize risk, renegotiate terms, and prevent costly litigation.
